Elephant Arcade(이하 '회사')가 제공하는 모든 모바일 앱(코끼리 청기백기!, 코끼리 잠금해제!, 온라인 단식원 등)은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 개인정보 보호법 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

1. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

본 앱들은 서비스 품질 개선 및 사용자 경험 분석, 맞춤형 광고 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 익명의 자동 수집 정보를 활용할 수 있습니다.

• 수집 항목: AD ID(광고 식별자), 기기 정보(모델명, OS 버전), 앱 이용 기록(세션 시간, 이벤트 로그)
• 이용 목적: 서비스 이용 통계 분석, 앱 성능 개선, 오류 수정 및 맞춤형/비맞춤형 광고 송출

2. 특수 권한 및 기기 내 데이터 처리 (온라인 단식원 앱 전용)

'온라인 단식원' 앱은 배달 어플리케이션 차단이라는 핵심 기능을 안정적으로 제공하기 위해 기기 내에서 아래의 권한을 요구합니다.

• 앱 사용 기록 (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): 현재 화면에 실행 중인 앱이 차단 대상(배달 앱 등)인지 확인하기 위해 사용됩니다.
• 다른 앱 위에 표시 (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): 차단 대상 앱이 실행될 때, 사용자의 화면을 덮어 차단 화면을 띄우기 위해 사용됩니다.
• 알림 및 포어그라운드 서비스 (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, FOREGROUND_SERVICE): 안드로이드 시스템에 의해 차단 기능이 임의로 종료되지 않고 백그라운드에서 정상 작동하도록 유지하며, 사용자에게 현재 단식 상태를 알림으로 제공하기 위해 사용됩니다.

[중요] 해당 권한을 통해 수집되는 모든 앱 실행 및 사용 기록은 오직 사용자 기기 내부에서만 실시간으로 처리되며, 어떠한 경우에도 외부 서버로 전송, 저장되거나 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다.

3. 인앱 결제 및 구독(PRO 버전) 관련 처리

본 앱은 사용자에게 'PRO 버전' 등의 추가 기능을 제공하기 위해 구글 플레이(Google Play)의 인앱 결제(구독) 시스템을 사용합니다.

• 회사는 사용자의 결제 및 금융 정보(신용카드 번호, 계좌 정보 등)를 절대 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
• 모든 결제 처리는 Google Play의 안전한 시스템을 통해 이루어지며, 회사는 오직 유료 서비스 혜택 제공을 위해 암호화된 구매 내역(영수증 토큰) 및 구독 상태만을 확인합니다.

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간

수집된 정보는 통계 분석 및 광고 송출 목적으로만 사용되며, Google Firebase 및 AdMob 시스템의 데이터 보유 정책에 따라 안전하게 보관 후 파기됩니다. 사용자가 직접 입력하는 개인식별정보(이름, 연락처 등)는 수집하지 않습니다.

5. 제3자 제공 및 분석/광고 도구의 이용

회사는 서비스 분석 및 수익 창출을 위해 아래와 같은 외부 서비스를 이용하고 있습니다.

• Google Firebase Analytics: 앱 이용 행태 분석 및 통계 산출
• Google Play Services: 앱 배포 및 서비스 지원

사용자는 모바일 기기 설정을 통해 광고 식별자 수집을 거부할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

Elephant Arcade (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') values your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant regulations across all its mobile apps (Elephant Blue & White Flag!, Elephant Unlock!, Online Fasting, etc.).

1. Purpose of Collection and Use

The apps may utilize anonymous automatically collected information to improve service quality, analyze user experience, and provide advertisements:

• Collected Items: AD ID (Advertising ID), Device Information (Model, OS version), App usage records (Session time, Event logs)
• Purpose: Statistical analysis of usage, performance enhancement, bug fixes, and providing personalized/non-personalized ads

2. Special Permissions and On-Device Data Processing (Online Fasting App Only)

The "Online Fasting" app requires the following on-device permissions to stably provide its core function of blocking delivery applications:

• App Usage Data (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): Used to detect if the currently running app on the screen is a target application (e.g., delivery apps).
• Draw Over Other Apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): Used to display the blocking screen over the target application when it is launched.
• Notifications and Foreground Service (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, FOREGROUND_SERVICE): Used to keep the blocking function running stably in the background without being arbitrarily terminated by the Android system, and to provide the user with notifications about their current fasting status.

[IMPORTANT] All app execution and usage data accessed through these permissions are processed locally on the user's device in real-time. Under no circumstances is this data transmitted to external servers, stored, or shared with third parties.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions (PRO Version)

This app uses the Google Play In-App Billing system to provide additional features such as the 'PRO version' to users.

• The Company does not collect or store any payment or financial information (e.g., credit card numbers, bank account details).
• All payment processing is securely handled by Google Play. The Company only verifies encrypted purchase receipts (tokens) and subscription status to grant access to paid services.

4. Retention and Use Period

Collected information is used solely for statistical analysis and advertising purposes. It is securely stored and destroyed according to Google Firebase and AdMob's data retention policies. The Company does not collect personally identifiable information directly from users.

5. Third-party Disclosure, Analytics, and Advertising Tools

The Company utilizes the following external services for analysis and advertising:

• Google Firebase Analytics: Analyzing user behavior and generating statistics
• Google Play Services: Supporting app distribution and services
